Emmys 2024: Nominados, hora y dónde ver la ceremonia

Ya estamos pensando en la próxima temporada de premios porque ya salió la lista de nominados de Emmy 2024. Así que acomódate, que aquí te contamos todas las sorpresas que trae.

¿Dónde y a qué hora ver los Emmy 2024 en México?

La entrega 76 de los Premios Emmy se realizará el domingo 15 de septiembre desde el Peacock Theater de Los Ángeles.

Podrás poner la transmisión en lo que esperas los pambazos y el Grito de Independencia, pues la ceremonia empieza a las 18:00 (hora del Centro de México).

Toma en cuenta que podrás verlos desde TNT o Max, y una hora antes tendrán disponible el Pre-Show PUNTO DE ENCUENTRO brindará con entrevistas exclusivas a nominados y a la alfombra roja.

Emmy 2024: La mexicana Issa López está nominada

Otra de las grandes sorpresas fue ver cómo Issa López también triunfó en los nominados a los Emmy 2024, pues su serie True Detective: Night Country tuvo un total de 19 nominaciones.

Entre ellas destacan Mejor serie limitada o antológica, Mejor actriz en serie limitada (Jodie Foster), Mejor actor de reparto en serie limitada (John Hawkes), Mejor actriz de reparto en serie limitada (Kali Reis) y por supuesto, Mejor guion para una serie limitada, donde la misma Issa López está nominada.

Shogun, la serie más nominada

Como ya mencionamos al inicio, entre los nominados Emmy 2024 destaca la serie Shogun que consiguió un total de 25 nominaciones, incluyendo mejor serie drama, mejor dirección y las primeras nominaciones como actores para Hiroyuki Sanada y Anna Sawai.

La serie de FX y Disney+ marcó con esto un gran hito para la representación asiática (pues gran parte de su elenco fue nominado), así como para las series de habla no inglesa.

The Bear sigue demostrando su calidad

Justo hoy que llegó la tercera temporada a Disney+ se reveló que la segunda es la serie comedia más nominada (23).

“The Bear” ya era una superestrella de los Emmy, pues obtuvo 10 victorias en 2023, convirtiéndose en la mayor cantidad de premios Emmy ganados por una serie en su primera temporada.

Ahora, Jeremy Allen White, Ayo Edebiri, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Lionel Boyce y Liza Colón-Zayas recibieron nominaciones de actuación.

Una victoria para la comunidad trans

Aunque la serie fue muy polémica, Baby Reindeer también consiguió un total de 11 nominaciones. Sin embargo, la que más destaca es la de Nava Mau ¡que es mexicana!

Mau interpretó a Teri en la exitosa serie y se convierte así en la primera mujer trans en la historia de los Emmy en ser reconocida como actriz de reparto en la categoría de serie limitada o antológica.

“Les actores trans simplemente no tenemos muchas oportunidades para desarrollar nuestro oficio, crecer como artistas y ser reconocidos por todo lo que somos y todo lo que podemos ser”, dijo a Deadline al compartir la felicidad de esta noticia.

Ahora sí: lista de nominados Emmy 2024

Toma en cuenta que las series que entraron a esta lista tuvieron que haberse emitido entre el 1 de Junio del 2023 y el 31 de mayo de 2024, por eso es que no hay nada para House of the dragon.
